Managing it properly is as important as displaying your other decoration pieces. Carelessness in wardrobe managements is a common problem with our men folk because most of the people however young or grownups have no time to arrange their wardrobes properly. The common complaints of homemakers, mom or wives have that their family members do not cooperate in keeping their wardrobes in a proper way especially boys. If your wardrobe is eating up its limited space by shorts, knickers, underwear etc which you are no ore using but stalked up for long creating too much confusion, needs to be discarded to make better use of spared space, do it first thing. See to this that no useless items like old note books, diaries and photo albums are stored in wardrobe that is not the right place for these items, please do not make it look like a store room. Add more cabinets
If you think that present storage facility is not sufficient for your requirements you should add few more cabinets or drawers to add more space. Extra cabinets would provide you better facility to group your clothes, as you shall be better off keeping your formal shirts separate from informal tops, short sleeved, long sleeved etc. You can use the other cabinets for your casual baggies, jeans, trousers etc in another cabinet. Have another one for your formals like office/college dresses along with matching underwear.
Smaller cabinet for smaller items
The best way to keep your smaller items is smaller cabinets of your wardrobe. Items like socks underwear, shoelaces. You can also have few extra small boxes to keep jewelries, hair accessories, and spare shaving kit etc to keep them separately.
Items not used frequently should be placed packed properly in upper shelf on top of wardrobe to keep them safe. The drawer at bottom would make the best place for your shoes and sandals, sports shoes etc. The same space could be used for shoe care products, brushes etc. This is better to have an extra drawer fixed on top your wardrobe is not a floor to roof length sized. Get extra rods fitted
If you’ll have a few extra rods and hooks fixed in your wardrobe those may come in handy to fix your backpacks, bags, scarves, belts, ballets etc. Hooks at the back wall of the wardrobe are best place to accommodate your party suites, formals and dresses need ironing or cannot keep folded. The hooks are also good options for belts and ties. You can rearrange and decorate your wardrobe according to few tips provided below-
A- You can create a look-book to keep photographs of matching dresses and accessories in case you are tech-savvy. That will save your time while looking for combinations.

C- Plan every thing before changing your wardrobe to give it a better and useful shape
D- To keep clothes ready to wear take proper care while taking out or keeping your dresses in the wardrobe.
E- If you have other items like mementos, important papers keep them in a separate drawer or cupboard inside.
F- Cover your party wear in a zipped poly bag to give them extra protection
G- Never keep dirty clothes in your wardrobe
H- It’s better to use plastic hangers in place of metallic hangers.

This is not as difficult a job to keep your wardrobe properly managed if only you can spare as little as 15-20 minutes every fortnight or so. You only have to discard items of no use and rearrange your belongings in their proper places. That would give your bedroom a better look and your mom or wife a lot relieved feeling.
