some people are always confuse what should they do to keep their body in shape. some people believe that yoga is more powerful and some believe exercisins is more powerfu. ACTUALLY both are powerful it is upon you - how much time you want to spend ? , are you looking for building up muscles?, are you over weight?  will heavy exercisins suite you? etc   .        NO ONE will answer this questions it is you who have to make the decison if you are looking for maintaining overall health than yoga is more preferred by many people, for building well toned and muscular body you need to exercise with weight training.
