Yoga is a very old form of exercise that was followed through the ages in order to obtain a healthy body and mind. This type of exercise has become very popular in the recent period due to exposure to it occurs in all parts of the world. There are more and more people turning to this form of healthy living in order to get rid of sedentary lifestyles. This form of activity is not only easier to do, but also does not require any external assistance in terms of equipment, or step-up stool. 

Yoga has been credited with a solution of many problems that we face in our lives. And some changes in the pattern of our lives, even with the addition of some yoga exercises can help in the care of many diseases such as diabetes, cancer, high or low blood pressure and some yoga exercises that you can do everyday are: 

Anulom Vilom or alternate nostril breathing: This is one of the yoga exercises that provide the most common and can be played by anyone without the constant supervision of a trainer to do this, you will need to hold in the left side of the nose with thumb and breathe from the right. He then moved to close the nose with the help of the right middle finger and breathe through the nose left. Do not do it continuously for 10-15 minutes. This helps to breathe in the fresh air and also helps to get rid of congestion in the chest and nose. 

Kapalbhati or skull Shining Breath: This is the kind of pranayama or breathing exercise that will help you get rid of diseases, most of the body. You can do this process at any time of day in a sitting position with your back straight. This exercise requires you to exhale and contract the abdomen at one time with each exhalation. You need to exhale way you throwing your breath. In the intervals between several exhales do some quick inhale smoke. Continue to do so continuously for 5 minutes at the beginning and you can increase the time once you are satisfied with practice. Take short breaks to allow your body relax a little in between exercise. 

Basic Pranayama: Sit in the squatting position or in the lotus position and breathing, and slowly and recite "Om" and loudly as you can. Let your body vibrates with the impact of recitation. Keep this pranayama for 20-30 minutes. This will not help to relax your body, but will also help to control your temper and is very good exercise for people who lead a lifestyle very stressful.
