Habit of chewing tobacco is found among people of every age throughout the globe and stats prove that the genre of men are very much affected with the habit of chewing  tobacco than women. We find every year that the survey sheets declare that thousands and thousands of people die r because of this ill habit being prevalent among them. We even find people living with the false notion that chewing of tobacco is better than smoking cigarette or drinking but in reality let me tell you it is as dangerous an addiction as it could be.

People start taking this harmful thing gradually and very often then not it becomes an addiction to them in no time and once they get addicted with this habit of chewing tobacco, it not only becomes hard but very difficult for them to recover from it. Moreover, their body becomes so prone to this habit that life seems to them impossible without having this deadly thing in their mouth. As a result of this bad habit or addiction they very often get effected with several oral diseases like cancer, bad gums and cavities in their teeth. Further, it is even the route cause of bad breathe that comes out from their mouth as because their teeth are very badly effected with this and starts decaying and browning. When they eat anything they don't get the proper taste of the food items as because their taste buds in the tongue gets badly effected by chewing tobacco. Furthermore, it even results in reduced hunger in the affected or addicted person which have a bad impact on the overall fitness of the body. The most important thing to note is that it effects even the inner vital organs of the addicted person like the food pipe, liver, heart, kidney etc. This overall reduces the life span of the infected person or may be the cause of premature death in some.

It's high time for the tobacco chewers to realise that these chewing tobaccos are made up of some dangerous chemicals and ingredients which are not at all suitable for our human bodyand to our overall health. In order to lead a healthy and happy life one must at once stop this habit of chewing tobacco and concentrate their mind and strength in doing something creative and positive which will help them immensely in the long run. Friends, always remember that our lives are very important and it is a precious gift of God and we should not waste it with the addiction of certain unwanted and unhealthy thing as tobacco. Say a big NO to the usage of tobacco and from now on make a fresh start of your life and try your level best to live your life for yourself and for your family and do such good things that others might take your example to lead a healthy and happy life. Live your life by holding your head high and with a positive intent and attitude.
