With the changing life styles and urbanisation we are getting a bit away from our indigenous routines that we must think and act upon. One of these is getting up early in the morning. Just get up in the morning and experience the refreshing air but to experience it, one has to leave the laziness. When the laziness overpowers the mind, one just can't get up.

In the olden times, people preferred to get up at 4:00 am and begin their routines but now these days getting up at 7:00 am is also considered early by some. Although for those who work in night shifts, it is not very practical  to rise early but for the people working in regular hours, it is very much practical.

No problem if one can't get up at 4:00 am. atleast 5:30, everyone can. The coolness and freshness of morning breeze is just incomparable to any other part of the day. It is that time when you can enjoy chirping of the birds too, the thing which we are desperately missing these days. Their sweet chirp perhaps creates some effect on our minds and takes us near to the nature.

Another advantage of getting up early in the morning is to regulate the body functions. If we have got enough time between getting up, breakfast and going to the office, then our routines like urination and defaecation are also regularised thereby adding benefit to our health.

Getting up early in the morning and going for a regular morning walk are two things that are the plus points in healthy routine. Also those who rise ealy in the morning, rarely get late for their offices unlike those who are often late in getting up. During modern times especially in the city life when people arrive home late in the evenings and have to spend rest of the time  in daily routines of household, morning is the time which they can use with their growing up children to talk with. It is also the time to develop their routines too, which is going to help them in whole of their life.

I have often seen people getting late in the morning then keep running in between the bathroom and kitchen hurriedly and then getting out for the office. They will get into the car and then soon be back home to take way with them something forgotten in hurry.

It can't so happen that we are awaken uptill 1:00 am in the night and then expect to be up by 5:00 am, for that we will have to make it routine to sleep in time.

So simply getting up in the morning leads to "no hurry and no worry".
