Pepper have two qualities one is small and other one is long. Small pepper used in spices which we spread on, and long is used in spices which we used in cooking vegetables. We calle it garam masala.

Really. Most of the houses keep these spices in the kitchen cabinet. They have the potential to cure  many ailments without much expenditure. care should be exercised not to over use them.
