    Amitabh Bachan is not at fault. We all share what appears worth.  There is no way Bachan could know real author of the poem. In fact, he is paying heavily for his celebrity status.

    But the complainant is Amitabh's friend. Amitabh knows who the author is. But never bothered to acknowledge the credit to the author. This is breach of faith.
