Incidentally, the last few posts are not relevant for discussion but mere chatting. There us no short cut to spoken English. I may suggest following steps:

(1) Listen to English language telecasts, videos and movies.
(2) Read aloud text in a book or newspaper. This will enable you to practice English speaking. Better read aloud conversational portions of a novel.
(3) Speak in English only as far as possible.

I could learn fluent English speaking within six months while in class VI just by stubbornly speaking in English only. I had virtually no knowledge of English till Class V.

yes, your proverb is really and absolutely 100% correct.

Even i don't know english to speak at all. Full of broken english i used to speak. Later i felt i need to learn to speak fluently for good communication. Then I joined spoken english classes. But it is not much benifited. Only i understood grammar form spoken english class. Then I understood that as much practice we have of speaking english that much we will get fluency of english. so i started using few tricks.

Those are 2 tricks i have worked out to speak.

When ever an free, I used to call to customer care and keep the language in english. and i used to talk to those people in english and i used to observe their english.

Another trick is, I mostly used to make friends who does not know any of the language i know. so that i can communicate with them only in English. and i used to spend most of the time with those people and keep on communicating in english.

Even by attending interviews also i have improved my speaking.
