Exercise 

In our daily lives people are so busy that they don't have enough time to give themselve .And as they can't give time to themselve they are not able too do exercise in there daily lives. People thinks that they are doing jobs works any work which they are doing daily it is exercise but it is not an exercise. If they are not doing exercise so it very bad for everyone because exercise is an essential part of everyone's life. So, when we all will think for ourself daily jobs works it is necessary to do for our survival but we have to also take care of ourself too. So exercise gives us energy strength and freshness. Exercise gives to be fit and healthy and live long and to be young. Every day at we should some time for doing exercise then only we will be fit and fine and every disease will not reach toh us it keeps us young and relaxed.

To be fit, young and charm one should exercise regularly. But nowadays there are lot of exercise forms but the main motto of the exercise is to burn your calories by means of sweating. Do a simple exercises for at least 10 minutes.
