Let us our discussion with WI-FI. It is first affordable option while travelling. We can access internet with the help of WI-FI networks. When you are travelling, you can find WI-FI network in many places such as Airports, railway stations, hotels, Restaurants, cafe and various public places. When you stay at a hotel, you can access internet. WI-FI connection may be either free or charged. It depends on your hotel. If you are using the internet over an open connection, you cannot expect any kind of privacy.It is possible that internet speed will fluctuate in hotel lobbies and around swimming pools because of the crowd. Many hotels offer you safe and fast internet connection through wire to each individual room. You have to pay some charge for using internet connection through the wire. Before using a wired internet connection, you have to investigate about rates and charge. In many places such as malls, restaurants and coffee shops provide free WI-FI, but the presence of a large number of people internet speed may fluctuate. Almost all airports have dedicated Internet cafes for their passengers, but you have to pay for using their service. Many international airports offer WI-FI services free of cost.

Internet cafes are another option for an accessing the internet while travelling. It is safer than WI-FI network to an unknown place. Internet cafes are very common in modern day. You can easily find the internet cafe in urban areas, but difficult in remote locations. Cafes are safe and secure way to use the internet by paying local charge. There is no problem of speed fluctuation.
Local Sim Cards
You can use the internet on your prepaid mobile phone. If possible, arrange a local Sim card for using the internet on your mobile phone. By inserting Sim card in your mobile phone, you can surf the internet by activating local data package on your Prepaid Sim card. Different service provider has different data charges. Choose the best one for your internet surfing.
Portable Hotspots
In the modern world, you can use the internet through portable WI-FI hotspots. Buy one for you. It is easy to carry and convenient way to use the internet. You can select any data plan. Different service provider has different data plans. Apart from data packs, you have to purchase a hotspot separately. It is one time investment. You have to pay around 1500 rupees for your hotspot. This is the best option for you. If you travel frequently, it is best for you to buy a hot spot for your internet usages.
International Roaming service
Suppose you are not interested in all above option, another option for you. You can use the International Roaming service. For getting roaming service on your Sim card, you have to contact your mobile service operator. Your service provider tells you about existing plans and charges. The last step is to activate roaming service on your Sim card. Totally depends on roaming service for the accessing internet is not right. Roaming service may falter. This is a temporary service for accessing the internet while you are away from your house.
