Ingredients :-

  • 2 cups of Matki sprouts (soaked)
  • Potato ... 1
  • Chopped onions ... 1 1/2
  • Chopped tomatoes ... 1 1/2
  • Chilli powder ... 1/2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric ... 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala ... 1 teaspoon
  • Cilantro chopped ... 3 teaspoon
  • Chopped green chillies .. 2
  • Oil .. 3 tablespoons
  • Jeera
  • Salt to taste

Method of preparation :-

  • Heat oil in a wok.
  • Add jeera and green chillies, chopped onions, potatoes and fry it till onions turns little brown.
  • Now, Reduce heat on medium , add chilli, turmeric and garam masala and allow it to cook for a minute.
  • Add tomatoes, add matki , water and cook in cooker at maximum of 1 whiste of cooker.
  • Add cilantro, salt and cook for further few minutes.
  • Serve it with hot chapati or rice and yogurt.
