How to make your Brain and mind active

1.Never sit alone at a corner. Try to make habit to mingle with people. Due to this, stress gets reduced and mind gets relaxed.

2.Mostly when we talk with friends, relatives and others. Then our brain and mind will be relaxed andSo try to spend time with your friends and family members.

3.Going to movies with friends, talking in phones and getogether s are some ways to mingle with people.

4.Try to reduce eating sugar because having sugar may change our mind regularly. Though sweetness gives happiness but that is temporary happiness. So after some time we get irritated. So we should avoid eating sugar. Instead of having sweet try to have vegetables, fruits and nuts. So we get good energy and our mind also become active.

5.Now days everyone are busy with their works in home and even in office. So due to this busy schedule you may not have time to take breath properly. But at least for few minutes at the starting of the day we should concentrate on our breath then our brain and mind will get relaxed and become active.

6.People know we have that we have to have more water every day. But also they neglect. Having more water is good for us as all the impurities in our body will go out and our body will become clean. Therefore, our brain and mind receives energy. That’s why you should always carry water with you. Make a habit of having water regularly.

7.Always watch happiest movies and play games.

8.Never be lonely and depressed. Be happy always

9.Doing exercises and meditation everyday will make you mind active and be always fresh.

10. Listerning to music will give relief and happiness to our mind
