Good oral health is important to overall well-being. Daily prevetive oral care ,with the proper brushing and flossing, will help stop dental problems before they develop and are less painful ,expensive and , cause of worry than treating condition that have seen allowed to progress.

Teeth are the very impotant part of our body.We can chew with the help of them . Healthy teeth are not onlyenable to look  and feel good  they make it possible to speak properly. So we shpuld  take care of them very much. The good oral hygiene habit will keep away most of the dental problem saving from thoothache and costly  dental treatment. 

Poor dental hygiene - Causes teeth decay and periodontal diseases means cronical bacterial infection that affects periodontium [gum and bone]  It is affected by the many causes. The sticky, colirlessfilm that form on yhe teethis the major cause.

Periodontol dieases are  of two kinds:- 

1.  Gingivitis: Is the middle form of periodontol disease The gums became red ,swollen and blood easily. Gingivitis is often caused by  inadeqate oral hygiene.

2.  Periodontitis: Untreated gingivitis can advance to periodititis. With in time plague spread and grow  below the gum lane .It irritate the gumsand the tissues  and bone that suppot the teeth are broken and decayed. Gum saparare  from the teeth, forming the pockets.[Space  betweem the teeth and gums] hat can injected.  As the disease progresss , the pockets deepen and  injured

When the gums pull away from the teeth , it creates a pocket which allows food and more gum and tissue andbome are destroyed  . then the teeth loose and removed. The action also allows bacteria to enter  the blood stream. It provides a path  for bacteria to enter the s blood stream and studies  have shown that heart desease is almost twice  as high in people with gum dtseases. Common stress of bacteria found in plaque  may cause blood clots. When blood clots escape into the blood stream ,there is relation to increase risk of heart attacks and other heart diseases

So be careful to your teeth.
