Bhola Cyclone (1970)
In terms of cyclonic destruction, it is the biggest life taking tropical cyclone. At first, a cyclone hit Bangladesh then hit the eastern part of Pakistan and then in some part of India. Bhola Cyclone was categorized under level -5 hurricanes. Result in flooding and then the destruction caused by the storm. Recorded wind speed cannot control by human being. It is over 160 mph. On the way, it destroys everything.Neither villages nor Islands escaped by Bhola cyclone. Almost 600,000 people lost their lives during this natural calamity. Damage cannot measure in term of property loss. Property loss is uncountable. You may imagine the density of the Bhola cyclone as it totally changes the landscape in various parts of Bangladesh and West Bengal (India).
Haiti Earthquake (2010)

In Haiti, many buildings and infrastructure are poorly constructed. This increases the damage caused by Haiti earthquake. After 15 days of Haiti earthquake, 45 other earthquakes with magnitudes 5 hit Haiti. This makes the situation worst.Many individuals lost their lives. Such dangerous earthquake was first experience of the people of Haiti. They have never faced such natural disaster before. According to Haiti Government 250,000, people lost their lives during Haiti earthquake. Around 200,000 people were suffering from injury by Haiti earthquake; almost 1 million people lost their home. Haiti earthquake partially or fully destroy 300,000 structures in Haiti.
Tangshan Earthquake (1976)
During 1976, Tangshan Earthquake hit Tangshan (China) with magnitude 8. Biggest and destroying earthquake hit China. During this earthquake, many people lost their lives. China government cannot estimate the total number of people lost their lives during Tangshan Earthquake. It considered as the deadliest earthquake. Destruction cannot stop here.Within 24 hours, another earthquake with magnitude 7.9 hit Tangshan (China). It doubled the destruction. This earthquake shakes China for 25 seconds. As a result, it causes a lot of damage and destruction in term of life and property. As an estimation indicates that 280,000 people lost their lives by earthquakes and around 15 million people are seriously getting injured by hit Tangshan earthquake.
Tsunami (2004)
On 26 December 2004, a high magnitude undersea earthquake originates from the coastal region of Sumatra (Indonesia). A recorded magnitude is around 9.2. Around 10 minutes this earthquake rattled the entire area. In terms of duration, it is longest duration earthquake. This earthquake is severe. As a result, our earth continues to vibrate by 1 centimeter.Earthquake originates in the Indian Ocean. Around 15 countries affected by the Tsunami. Many people have experienced 35 meters high water waves at many places. As a result, it pushes water to inland. Pushed water destroys everything in its way. Countries like India, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Indonesia and Bangladesh affected by Tsunami. Around 280,000 people lost their lives by the Tsunami.
Cyclone Nargis (2008)
In year 2008, a tropical cyclone Nargis hit Myanmar badly. It is the worst natural disaster in Myanmar. As a result, large area of Myanmar is destroyed by Nargis Cyclone. First, cyclone originates in the Bay of Bengal, make its way to Myanmar. When it reaches Myanmar, winds are blowing with a speed of 120 mph. This Cyclone comes under category 4 cyclone. Around 150,000 people lost their lives and around 60,000 people injured by Nargis Cyclone. Myanmar economic is not good. Nargis cyclone makes Myanmar economic worst. Many people lost their home too.
China Floods (1931)
This life-taking flood destroys central part of China in year 1931.Large number of people submerged into water. In the last century, it is worst natural disaster. “The Central China Flood" is another name of China flood.China flood was occurring after giving a strong warning in the form of a severe drought and heavy rainfall face by the Central china in the year 1930.As a result, almost all water bodies in China are overfilled with water.In the month of July, the 7-destroying cyclone one by one hit central part of China. Result in flooding. This flood destroys central part of China. Many people lost their life, home, relative, etc. No one is escape from the flood.According to the Chinese authorities, 160,000 people lost their lives, but according to international survey and sources, the number is much more than our imagination. It is around 4 million people lost their lives during china flood and around 25 million people misplaced from their house.
Great Kanto Earthquake (1923)

As expected, Tsunami struck Japan. Tsunami causes lots of destruction. People of Japan Experience 36 feet high water waves all around the Pacific ocean.As a result, Tsunami flooded many homes. It Destroys everything on its way. Apart from this, Earthquake and Tsunami damage the Japan's nuclear reactors. As a result, radiation leaks. As a result, it increases chances of destruction all over the Japan. Apart from main earthquake, Japan experience around 500 smaller earthquakes within 10 days. Around 15,000 people in Japan lost their lives. Many others lost their houses.
Gujarat Earthquake (2001)
In year 2001, a deadliest earthquake with magnitude 7.8 hit Gujarat (India). As a result, causes widespread destruction all over Gujarat. An Even southern region of Pakistan is shack by an earthquake. Around 21,000 people lost their lives by deadliest earthquake. Around 180,000 people injured by the earthquake. Not only this, around 500,000 people became homeless and large numbers of structure destroy by an earthquake.
Hurricane Katrina (2005)
Among all hurricanes, Katrina, hurricane was more destructive in USA (United State of India). It originates very near to the Bahamas. When hurricane hit united state of America, it is categories under level - 1 hurricane. Level increases when it strikes the Gulf of Mexico. Now it is level -3 hurricanes. During its way, it destroys places such as Texas, Florida and New Orleans (Louisiana). This hurricane flooded around 85% of the city. Around 2,500 people lost their lives by the Hurricane Katrina. It was one of the biggest natural disasters of the world.USA pays 80 billion dollars to recover from disaster.
