It is good to accumulate knowledge. It is better to live with knowledge. Currently, there has been worldwide discussion over Edward Joseph Snowden. He is 30 years old and is from America. He was working in Hawaii for the national security agency and central intelligence agency as short term skilled contractor. He came to know how America was garnering details about prominent people of other nations. Sometimes, it is trying to trespass into private life of foreign nationals. Later on, Snowden, passed these information to a prominent writer and journalist Glen Green World of “The Guardian” from London. He secretly passed much vital information on these subjects to him.
Last Month "The Guardian" published a detailed report. It shook the world and there were many worldwide adverse reactions. Government of America reacted angrily and revengefully towards Snowden. He was charged with stealing of property, unlawfully stealing of information of national security, and giving information to non sanctioned person. Government of America is building up cases against him. Snowden feels the heat in his own country and runs away from there. First he reaches Hong Kong. Hong Kong is a part of China. Agencies of America try their best to capture him through diplomatic interactions. Snowden receives this news and left that country and reaches Moscow. Russia clearly states to America about not giving back Snowden to them at any cost.
Snowden applies for immunity stay to 19 countries including India and China. Due to pressure from America all 19 countries did not accede to his request. A tiny country like Ecuador has come forward to give asylum to Snowden. So called developing nations are becoming selfish and trying to ignore the appeal of a brave person who unraveled the intrinsic aspirations of American agencies in garnering details about foreign national private lives. Courageous Snowden exposes the inherent imperialistic ambitions of America. After demise of Union of Soviet Socialist Republic, America becomes the sole leader and most powerful nation in the world. It wants to control other nations. For this, it is trying to inveigle other domestic activities secretly. It is now exposed.
Such incident comes to light due to the courageous step taken by Snowden. One cannot deny that there are many secret missions such as this should be there and still live in action by America. No nations have the guts to challenge the imperialistic mind set of America. What America does it for their own benefits? The war in Iraq, Afghanistan and Cuba is all fought for the gain of their own nation. The Iraq war was fought over oil. The Afghanistan war was fought to show their strength to the Indian sub continent and also for rich uranium. America wants to control oil production throughout the world. It wants to dictate oil council as from time to time price of dollars in the downward trend due to variability in oil prices.
It is for their own business and professional gain it is collecting information secretly of other nations. According to some reports, in the last month itself, national security agency of America stole 6.3 billion facts from computer networks of India. America stole highest information from Iran. It stole approximately 14 billion facts from computer networks of Iran. The second in rank is Pakistan and closely followed by informations from Jordan. Now, every aspect of these stealing of informations revealed. These countries do not have the guts and courage to show their opposition to such moves from America. The government of India also seems to be ignoring these aspects of stealing of information. India should have given asylum to Snowden to show their dependence against America trespasser activities. Some feel that after signing of nuclear treaty security of India is at the hands of America.
China boasts itself to become the most powerful nation of the world in the near future, have struggled under pressure from America and denied permission to Snowden who was seeking asylum there. The incapacity of China is clearly visible here. Tiny country Ecuador is not buckling under US pressure and granted permission of asylum to Snowden. Whereas two biggest populist countries buckled under pressure from US and have denied granting permission to Snowden to enter their country. America always advocates human rights of individuals. They are the first one to raise this and many wars are fought over these issues of freedom, brotherhood and human rights. All these actions which are exposed by Snowden recently show the contrasting work constantly being undertaken by America. So called number one country of the world is freely breaking basic human rights. Why US stole so much information from corrupt country like India? Snowden ran away from his native country as he feels that judiciary system of US is not so favorable to basic human rights of its citizens. It seems that all the wrong doing is there but all based institutions hiding all this and working in a coveted coherent manner to safeguard selfish interests of US. No one knows how many days both Ecuador and Russia will sustain the pressures from US not to give asylum to Snowden. It is the right time to stop all these dictatorial activities of US otherwise soon basic liberty and independence of ordinary people of the world will be curtailed and edited.
Citizens of other countries outside America will be afraid of US on their day to day activities. While speaking about Snowden another courageous man Assange not to be forgotten either. As the creator of "Wikileaks" he has shown masked face of America all over the world. For this many criminal cases starting from rape to severe criminal cases fitted against Assange in order to keep him silent and feared so that he would not dare again to expose US. Today, Assange have to stay as a refugee in Ecuador embassy in London. Father of democracy and cheerful house of human rights in America has now been exposed by two courageous people Assange and Snowden respectively.
