Why my earnings do not show the amount that I get by my point score?

I read the point earning system at the time of joining the site. I read it to be Rs 60 for 1000 points. Now my points are above 1000, but my earnings does not reflect it. How does it work?? Can some old members clarify??

I dont know if rules have changed in the past 2-3 years. Points are alloted for your daily activities here, say posting replies in forum and Q&A section, participating in polls and other contests, and reading articles, and giving likes and thanks too :). amount is allotted as per revenue sharing of each month, and it will not fixed at Rs. 60. It keeps changing every month. But I think revenue sharing option has been taken off in the recent times. Any active member can clarify your doubt here. Earlier points were given to articles also. But later it was taken off.

Also in some occasions points are updated hourly with database update. Refreshing a page can also give latest updates

Your earnings get updated on Your dash board. You can click on recalculate to get the latest figures, sometimes it does not add immediately. Once you click recalculate, the next time you log in you will see your total earnings.
