Thanks Deepti. Apparently, vegetables and fruits both should be part of our diet for remaining healthy. We should avoid junk food.

Fruits and fresh vegetables also contain lots of soluble fiber which is very useful to clean-up the impurity from the body... This will reduce heart risks too.. :)
