    This is real cause behind unending corruption and criminal activities. Money and employment is the only solution to stop this. Moreover, it is certificate for rich people. Very strange to know this fact. They prefer this more than degree certificates.

    Corruption favors the rich and the bureaucrats and operates against the poor. That is why I strongly hold that corruption can be tackled only by organizing the poor and rallying them. The current agitations against corruption (including team anna) are really being organized by the rich and affluent who are really benefited by corruption.

    People suffer from poverty are benefited by govt.Govt started many scheme for the poor people But rich people are also involve in this scheme.They are affecting the life of poor.Due to rich people poor are suffering.To get the benefit from govt the rich people they buy certain certificate to prove that they are poor and enjoying the benefit.

    This goes to prove that corruption harms only the poor and richer are benefited by corruption. When the 'rich' grab the facilities meant for poor, it is the rich and bureaucracy who suffer.

    This must be kept in mind anyone who wants to fight corruption. The rich, middle classes and bureaucracy can never be depended on. If such elements gather in anti corruption crowds, the spectacle is very comic.
