RSS is a disciplined organisation and BJP is an off shoot of it and since the whole nation knows abt it there is nothing degrading abt it except in the minds of a few Congress supporters who like to blow things out of proportion forgetting their own dark deeds which are stealthy to say the least. Nobody disputes that RSS is disciplined. Every fascist and militant organization is disciplined. The overseas terrorist organiztions are also disciplined as well as secret. But the democratic type organizations are usualy loose and are not so disciplined. It cannot be said that there is no virtue in RSS. But all cannot agree with the ultra militant Hindutva of the organization. Also all those who opose the fascist type organizations are not necessarily congress men. In fact, many congress men have RSS origin. The leader of opposition in Gujarat assembly is associated with RSS. Also the conress candidate in Varanasi was former BJP/ RSS man.

However any elected government is government of all people. so whatever the ideological differences, the current govt. in center represents all sectios of society and all should work for development and progress.

It has becomne a fashion to blame RSS for all ills of our society, I am sure they have many shortcomings but parties like Congress , Sp and Lalus party patting their backs fo r being ' Secular" and calling others Fascists (even Lalu is using this word freely these days although I wonder if he knows the actual meaning of the word ) sounds extremely ridiculous given their own track record of being partial based on religion and caste ! Now anything BJP does becomes suspect...
