    It calls for determination of a strong kind to learn by yourself and the main problem is the time horizon.If you have an exam then you can't afford to compeltely depend on yourself if self-study is not producing satisfactory results!

    For self study, one needs to work hard and plan things in his or her own way and stick to it. If one has the determination and will power to do so and perform then I don't think that anything could stop one from doing so...
