What is the reason ?

Yesterday night I was going through the polls and commenting on some of them.
To this poll "Which company are provide best internet speed?" I commented "I use BSNL and thinks whether the moderators disqualify me saying not reading fully due to its speed!!!"
Very strangely after two or three polls my IP address blocked and I couldn't comment more.What is the reason ?

    Probably many people reported the your comments as spam/inappropriate. If many people reports, the member will automatically gets blocked. We will enable your id.

    OK.But according to the members you or the team are taking the decission to block.Why don't you look the reality and take action.Meen also had reported to be faced the same problem.I think many had encountered it but feared to say since it is a IP blocking case.
